The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine issued a statement saying: The Israeli occupation state›s disregard for the world›s position on the crimes of genocide and ethnic cleansing taking place in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, the comprehensive destruction of homes and infrastructure, and the deadly siege and blockade aimed at starving adults before children, only confirms, once again, the danger of the epidemic of Zionist fascism to the international community, especially in light of international relations in which the United States, under the Trump administration, is tending to militarize it at sea by mobilizing fleets, and in the world of finance and trade by tampering with the global economy, destroying the economies of weak countries, and dragging others into conflicts that threaten security, peace, and stability in the world.
The Democratic Front added in its statement: It has become clear that the danger of Israeli fascism no longer threatens our Palestinian people alone, or even the peoples surrounding Palestine, such as Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, and Egypt, but rather tends toward expanding eastward, including those clear signals from Netanyahu, to thwart the Washington-Tehran negotiations in Oman, and to continue beating the drums of war, as an alternative to peace agreements, which reaffirms, once again, that the fascist Zionist project can only survive on wars, manufacturing crises, and creating tensions.
The Democratic Front called for the broadest official and popular alliance, including the parties harmed by the fascist Zionist threat, to isolate the State of Israel, remove it from the international community, considering it a rogue state, and force it to stop its crimes against our Palestinian people and its aggressive actions against the two brotherly peoples of Lebanon and Syria.
