DFLP: On the anniversary of the victory over Nazism, we call for a global humanitarian front against Zionist fascism

May 10, 2026

On the anniversary of the victory over Nazism in World War II, the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine called for the building of a global humanitarian front to confront the crimes of Zionist fascism, which has not ceased to commit its brutal crimes against the sons of our Palestinian people and the peoples of the region.
• In the 1948 territories, the fascist state continues to practice the most heinous policies of racial discrimination against our Palestinian people, including depriving them of higher education, the right to employment, equality in municipal and local council budgets, judicial discrimination, and continuing to confiscate land for Judaization projects, as was the case on 30/3/1976 and still is, or committing bloody massacres like the Kafr Qasim massacre and those before and after it, imposing sieges on Palestinian Arab villages and towns, depriving Palestinian Arab schools of aid like Jewish schools, preventing the broadcasting of the call to prayer on loudspeakers, or prayer in Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem, as well as preventing the reunification of Palestinian families between Israel and abroad, despising the Arabic language, and adopting Hebrew as the only language in Israel.
• In the West Bank, the occupying, settler, and annexing state is committing crimes of ethnic cleansing by changing the geography of the West Bank, through the destruction of camps and cities, as is the case in the northern West Bank, and the confiscation of land and its annexation to Israel, as is the case in the settlements and south of Hebron, or separating the northern and southern West Bank through settlement projects in the E1 area, and flooding Jerusalem with settlers, to complete its Judaization and obliterate its Palestinian national identity, and destroying the environment, agricultural and animal wealth, burning agricultural crops, and demolishing facilities, homes and buildings under the pretext of not obtaining a building permit, and refusing to recognize Palestinian Authority permits, and obstructing movement at the border crossing, and confiscating merchants’ money and tax money, and relying on Israeli crossings as the sole source for importing some products by Israeli companies, in addition to acts of killing, mass arrest and torture of prisoners, especially women, children, the sick and the elderly, which amounts to a war crime and a crime against humanity.
• In the Gaza Strip, the occupation forces, with the support of the Atlantic fleets, destroyed the geography and demography, and committed the most heinous war crimes against the Palestinian people by killing, starvation, torture, displacement, demolishing homes, depriving people of shelter from the cold, destroying hospitals, schools, universities, orphanages, homes for the elderly, places of worship, civil service centers, bulldozing streets, destroying infrastructure and water desalination plants, which made the Strip, by the admission of international organizations, an uninhabitable area.
• In Lebanon, the occupying forces continue to bulldoze villages and towns, destroying them completely, displacing the residents of the south, threatening their security, continuing to bombard them with artillery, drones and warplanes, and preparing the ground for the establishment of permanent military sites and settlement projects, which indicates the sinister intentions in refusing to withdraw from Lebanese territory.
• The same applies in southern Syria, where Israeli bulldozers are paving military roads on agricultural land after confiscating it from its owners, and preparing the way for the establishment of permanent sites and settlements and projects to plunder Syrian water, in addition to the ethnic cleansing and racial discrimination it is carrying out in the occupied Syrian Golan.
The DFLP stressed the importance of democratic, national, and anti-war and anti-occupation forces taking the initiative to form humanitarian committees to confront Zionist fascism. Events have confirmed that its danger is not confined to Palestine, Lebanon, and Syria, but has extended to Qatar, Iraq, Tunisia, Libya, Somalia, Yemen, Iran, Egypt, and Jordan, while the head of Israeli fascism continues to threaten to forcibly reshape the region according to his terms and the interests of his fascist Zionist project
