The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine declared its support for the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela in its heroic steadfastness in the face of the blockade by American fleets, which have returned to tampering with the seas, militarizing them, terrorizing and pressuring peoples to their knees, and imposing leaderships subservient to the United States and its policies as an alternative to the democratically elected leadership, in full view and hearing of the world.
The Democratic Front described Trump›s naval blockade of Venezuela as an attempt to block the emerging Latin American country from building a prosperous future for its people, one based on exploiting natural resources to serve projects of prosperity, stability, and sustainable development. This future should be an alternative to being plundered by companies that suck the blood of the people, impoverish them, and humiliate them, while controlling their fate through dictatorial regimes that are, at best, it is just a plaything in the hands of American imperialism and arrogance.
The Democratic Front affirmed its high confidence that the steadfast and heroic people of Venezuela, who have deep experience in confronting the open American war against them for decades, will know how to thwart the plans of Trump and his partners, and preserve the independence and sovereignty of their country, presenting to the world a shining example of a people led by a revolutionary leadership, whose decisions and policies are derived from the interests of its people, rebelling against all forms of American colonial pressure and subordination.
